WHAT ALEXIS MAC ALLISTER SAID
Speaking on BBC’s Match of the Day 2 programme after the game, the midfielder said, "Me? Just me? You think it’s just me? I think it’s a clear penalty. I cannot say much more. I think the ref did a very good job throughout the game, but I think he made a mistake in the last decision."

Referee Michael Oliver has been accused of being biased towards Manchester City by several fans while Jurgen Klopp claimed that it was a '100 per cent penalty'. Other than the controversial foul, it was an even-poised game where Manchester City took the lead through John Stones' strike in the 23rd minute but Mac Allister brought his team back into the game by converting a penalty in the 50th minute.
