  Motta joined Juventus as a fiery manager who employed hyper-offensive tactics during his time at Bologna. However, the former Italy international has not been very successful with the Bianconeri despite the 36-time Serie A champions' 21-game unbeaten league start – which includes 13 draws.

  Juventus are now preparing for the worst-case scenario with Motta as fans call for the Italian to be shown the door. As per L'Equipe, the Old Lady have now earmarked Xavi as their option to replace Motta next summer in the case that they do part ways with the 42-year-old.
